Prenatal Breastfeeding Education Class
This class will cover many aspects of infant feeding to help prepare parents for a successful experience. We’ll talk about things you can do now during pregnancy, what things you should know for the first few days after birth, and all sorts of topics to help you meet your breastfeeding goals! Conducted in a participatory environment so parents are encouraged to bring any questions with them to discuss.

Infant Massage 5-week IN-HOME Class – $125
This class is ideal for families with infants 2 weeks to 6 mos old. Each week, parents are taught massage strokes, including gas and colic strokes during week 3! Infant massage is more than learning the strokes…it’s about nurturing touch and building a bond that lasts a lifetime.
In your home, one-on-one.
Each class is approx. 45 mins – 1 hr.

The same 5 week series infant massage class as above, provided in a group setting of 4-6 families where you’ll learn with other parents and have a chance to make new friends!

TummyTime! Method 3-session IN-HOME Class – $75
The TummyTime! Method is a unique program created to optimize baby’s neurodevelopment, connection, and well-being. Learning this method of providing tummy time helps baby’s sensory motor skills and to enjoy time on their tummy for neuro and physical development!
In your home, one-on-one.
Each class is approx. 45 mins – 1 hr.

Breastfeeding Cafes – FREE
A safe, nonjudgmental place to share questions and concerns about infant feeding and parenting.
Breastfeeding/pumping, pregnant and interested in lactation, pumping, doing some formula, (doing all formula but love yourself some parent-to-parent support), or formerly lactating parents.
Speak with others who may be or have been where you are in regards to infant feeding and parenting…priceless!
Offered in Muskingum, Licking, and Guernsey counties!
