Services

In Maine:

In-person and telehealth services are now being offered by Lisa through a contract with Maine Mother + Company. Office visits are available in Farmington and Brunswick. Home visits are available within a 1 hr drive of Livermore. Many insurances are accepted!

Please click here to book a consult for prenatal, lactation, pumping, flange fitting, and bottle feeding guidance.

Outside of Maine:

Telehealth consultations are available for a variety of services! All provided via secure Google Meet platform. Consults are $100* and are scheduled for 1 hour.

Prenatal Breastfeeding Education :

Chat with an IBCLC from the comfort of your home to ask questions and learn all you ever wanted to know about breastfeeding! Topics discussed: how to prep during pregnancy, initiating a good latch, best pumps to get, hand expression/colostrum catching, best treatment for engorgement, and much more including any specific questions/concerns you have. Support people are encouraged to attend.

Lactation :

Provides support for answers to questions/concerns that do not require an in-person consult. Milk supply, teething, sleep patterns, and suspected thrush or mastitis are some examples of the types of topics that would be appropriate for a telelactation consult. A thorough assessment will be provided as often a “simple” question may be more complex than a simple answer. You can ask all the questions you’d like and this fee includes any research or investigation I will do to help with the issue

Pumping/Flange Fitting :

Assists parents with a pumping assessment to create an optimal plan. With additional training in “active” flange fitting, I’ll be able to provide a “specific to you” fitting for a comfortable fit that maximizes output in minimal time. Upon booking, you will be provided a link for a multi-size set of silicone inserts to purchase prior to consult (approx. $10)

Return to Work :

Discuss plans for returning to work or school. We will discuss options for providing milk to your little one, pump use, flange fit, pumping plan, breastmilk storage, your federal rights to continue pumping when returning to work, and I’ll help with any questions I can.

Badge to describe expertise in bottle feeding and refusal

Bottle feeding/refusal :

Address concerns regarding bottle feeding and bottle refusal. A full assessment will be provided to determine the reason for bottle refusal and a plan of action you will be able to implement immediately. Two weeks of follow up included while we work together to breakthrough to bottle feeding acceptance.
