Initial Lactation Consult Home Visit – $150*
In-home lactation consultation – 2 hours
Full breastfeeding assessment: May include, but not limited to, latch observation/help, pre/post feeding weights with baby weigh scale, oral assessment, maternal/infant/birth history, pumping guidance, plan of action.
Follow up Lactation Consult Home Visit – $75*
In-home follow up after initial consultation. – 1 hour
Telehealth Lactation Consult – $50*
Consultations provided via secure Google Meet platform to answers questions that do not require an in-person consult. Questions about teething, sleep patterns, suspected thrush or mastitis, and pumping are some examples of the types of questions that would be appropriate for a telelactation consult. You can ask all the questions you’d like and this fee includes any research or investigation I will do to help with the issue – 1 hour
Return to Work Consult Home Visit – $75*
Utilizing Telehealth – $50
Consultation in your home or virtually to discuss plans for returning to work or school – 1 hour
We will discuss options for providing milk to your little one, pump use, flange fit, pumping plan, breastmilk storage, your federal rights to continue pumping when returning to work, and I’ll help with any questions I can.
Bottle Refusal Consult – $75
Utilizing Telehealth – $50
Consultation in your home or virtually to address concerns regarding bottle feeding and bottle refusal. A full assessment will be provided to determine the reason for bottle refusal and a plan of action you will be able to implement immediately. Two weeks of follow up included while we work together to breakthrough to bottle feeding acceptance.
Workplace Lactation for Employers – variable
Providing a variety of services to assist employers in complying with the Federal Break Time for Nursing Mothers Law. Including but not limited to:
- Help in understanding the Federal Law
- Assist with pumping rooms/locations
- Provide educational talks to managers and employees
- Create Workplace Lactation Policy
I can meet one on one with Human Resource Managers or help facilitate education to large groups and organizations.
