Maine Mother + Company offers Mom + Baby groups for ages 0 – 12 months every Tuesday and Thursday in Brunswick! Join other new female-identifying parents and their babies in a judgement-free and compassionate space to share stories and advice. Parent to parent support can make a huge difference for you and your baby during the first year of your baby’s life. Everything from feeding issues and sleep routines to introducing solids and navigating relationships, this is what group is all about. Join us!

Maine Mother + Company offers a variety of prenatal classes to help you prepare for your little one!

Confident Birth, Infant Feeding, and Postpartum Planning + Newborn Care classes can be taken individually or grouped together as a bundle for the most optimal preparation!

Changed my life

About 16 months ago, I met Lisa in my breastfeeding journey. It’s simple. She changed my life. She spent multiple sessions with me and helped me through some of the most difficult days of breastfeeding. It is her that supported me and kept me going. She kept me focused. She listened to me.
