The LCDC doulas are certified through DONA International. They offer a free consultation in-person or over the phone for those seeking a doula or simply wanting to know more about what a doula does and what role they play in increasing positive outcomes in labor and birth.

The Appalachian Breastfeeding Network operates the toll-free 24/7 hotline with live, trained lactation professionals. Services are available free of charge to all callers, including mothers, their families and partners, expectant parents, and health care providers. There is also a texting option for direct access to an IBCLC.
